Assistant Personal Builder

Veridian Homes, an innovative company with an emphasis on smart growth and green built practices, is seeking an Assistant Personal Builder to join our construction team! As an Assistant Personal Builder, you will receive hands-on training and expertise by working with our Personal Builders to provide outstanding customer service and deliver quality-built homes.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Developing great relationships with suppliers and trade partners through ongoing and consistent communication.
• Coordinating onsite construction activities under the direction of the Personal Builder.
• Assisting with the scheduling of trade partners and inspecting construction for quality and conformance with plans.
• Working with the Personal Builder to guide the customer through the homebuilding process, from pre-construction through warranty.
• Monitoring jobsite safety and erosion control compliance.
