Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary sales and service contact for new and existing consumer and business clients.
• Use consultative sales practices to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Cross-sell a variety of banking products and services, including checking, savings, digital banking, and consumer loans.
• Gather and verify documentation for opening accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide digital banking demos and assist customers with enrollment and setup.
• Participate in outreach efforts to build relationships within the community.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Perform daily responsibilities and reporting as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills-both listening and speaking.
• Ability to learn and navigate banking systems and processes.
• Knowledge of deposit products, digital banking tools, and cash management is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to team success.
