About the Role:

The Assistant Parts Manager plays a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of the parts department within an automotive or industrial supply environment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in parts management, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts industry.

  • Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and departmental performance for management review.
