Position Summary Northwest University seeks a qualified candidate for a full-time Principal Faculty position in the School of Physician Assistant Medicine. This role integrates didactic instruction and clinical education supporting the development and delivery of the PA curriculum in alignment with ARC-PA accreditation standards.
The successful candidate will collaborate with program faculty and staff to design, implement, and evaluate curriculum, support student learning and advising, and assist in program operations. This position includes responsibilities in both didactic instruction and clinical education, including clinical site development, student assessment, and participation in accreditation activities.
The principal faculty member reports to the Dean/Program Director of the PA Program and participates fully in the academic, operational, and mission-driven life of the university.

Position Flexibility This full-time position combines clinical and didactic faculty responsibilities. The role may be considered for division into two half-time (0.5 FTE) appointments-one clinical and one didactic-for qualified candidates seeking part-time employment.

Compensation Based on education and experience, compensation for Assistant Professor starts at $107,586 to a median of $120,000.
