Assistant Operations I Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assemble, and package patient orders for shipment
• Assist with packing/shipping medications; retrieve/organize shipping documents & labels
• Track shipments; report undelivered packages; organize daily shipping reports
• Maintain clean/organized stock/warehouse areas; restock picking areas
• Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts
• Support purchasing/receiving, inventory tracking/reconciliation, and returned goods processing (per SOP) under pharmacist supervision

Assistant Operations I Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• PA Pharmacy Tech license (active/unrestricted) required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs ; physically demanding (bend/stoop/walk/reach)
• Read/write/understand English
• Basic computer skills (10-key preferred; typing ~20 WPM desired)

Assistant Operations I Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in warehouse or purchasing environment (data entry helpful)
• Pharmacy experience a plus
• Packing/shipping experience with national carriers
• Pallet jack experience (desired)
• Familiarity with MS Word/Excel
