As a growing company, Royal Flush values accountability, teamwork, and hands-on leadership in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage field drivers to ensure high service quality and professionalismMonitor and audit service quality, including daily review of service photos and monthly field auditsConduct routine customer check-ins and address service issues promptlyManage driver performance, hiring, training, coaching, and disciplineLead safety initiatives and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe behaviorMonitor driving behavior using telematics (Samsara) and provide corrective coachingManage daily scheduling, route coverage, and emergency response as neededSupport field repairs, unit installs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsMaintain inventory, equipment usage, and company assetsApprove timesheets, manage time-off requests, and report field performance metrics
