Compensation: $65K - $70K salary, based on experience

• Monday - Saturday

Requirements

• 2-3 years of dental office experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory or office manager role strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Maryland Medicaid, PPO, and HMO insurance plans
• Experience with insurance verification, claims submission, and EOB review
• Ability to manage insurance AR and patient collections, including follow-up on outstanding balances
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold front-desk staff accountable
• Comfortable reviewing basic financial and operational reports (production, collections, KPIs)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with doctors and office leadership
• Evening and Saturday availability required
• Confidence in presenting treatment plans and discussing financing options, including CareCredit and Cherry
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend required
• Strong understanding of scheduling, patient flow, and access to care optimization
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
