Assistant Office Manager

Are you an Assistant Office Manager ready to be the indispensable backbone of a thriving company? Join Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc. as our full-time Office Manager in Orange, CA!

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Manage invoicing, job costing, and collections
  • Process preliminary notices, lien or bond filings, and supplier releases
  • Maintain compliance with OCIP/CCIP, CRA/PLA requirements
  • Open job accounts with suppliers and ensure timely payments
  • Bill clients monthly with AIA billing
• Administration
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits
  • Support recruitment and general office operations
• Payroll
  • Process weekly payroll in QuickBooks and reconcile employee hours
  • Ensure accurate tax payments and withholdings

What You'll Need:

• Experience with AIA billing
• Experience with QuickBooks and working in a construction office is preferred

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Pay: $25 - $32 per hour
• Schedule: 8 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
