Home Energy Pros is seeking a dedicated Assistant Office Manager to support our team’s success by managing financials, recruiting, and answering phones. This role is perfect for a self-starter who values accuracy, efficiency, and proactive problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 • Customer Communication: Answer incoming and missed calls, provide friendly and professional assistance, and route inquires to the correct department.
 
 • Recruiting: Writing job descriptions, post openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.

 • Payroll Support: Assist the Office Manager with payroll processing.

 • Office Coordination: Keep our office organized, maintain supply inventory, and support team coordination by managing schedules and resources.

 • Administrative Support: Assist Office Manager in onboarding, managing staff records, and providing general administrative support to streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For:


 • Eye for Detail: Precision and thoroughness in every task.

 • Solid Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, with experience in managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.

 • Excel and Software Savvy: Comfortable with Excel, accounting software (QuickBooks or similar), and general office tools.

 • Organized and Reliable: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

 • Integrity and Discretion: Trustworthy with confidential information and financial data.

 • Adaptable and Resourceful: Comfortable taking on new challenges and finding efficient solutions to keep the office running smoothly.

 • Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional when handling inquiries and assisting team members.
