Responsibilities:The Assistant Nurse Manager, Progressive Care/Telemetry- B12, assumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the assigned unit. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Must possess 5 years of experience in a similar setting/unit.
Evidence of progressive leadership responsibilities.

Min: USD $47.71/Hr. Max: USD $85.88/Hr. Salary Information: Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
