Responsibilities:

Located at our downtown Fresno campus, Community Regional’s PACU team plays a critical role in the surgical experience for thousands of patients each year. With an average of over 26,000 surgical cases performed annually across our system, PACU nurses care for patients with a wide range of needs — including trauma, burn, neurosurgery and more. 

  • Apply the leadership and administrative skills you developed at the bedside to support a fast-paced team dedicated to post-surgical care across all acuity levels. 
  • Coordinate patient care, drive performance improvements and ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Foster a positive working environment in your unit as part of an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued, and to help team members navigate their career growth. 

As a member of the unit leadership team, the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8-hour shifts. 

 

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required 
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
