Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities Include

  • The professional knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize develop and assist in directing the overall operation of the Resident Care Department in accordance with the current state, federal and local standards to insure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • Qualified by experience and training to assess resident needs and to develop a service care according to these needs. Assist the Resident Care Director in leading, developing, and supporting the nursing team, med techs and care staff through role modeling and the company culture.
  • Assist the Resident Care Director in leading the community medication management and clinical quality assurance programs
  • Help to coordinate with physicians, rehab, and other select preferred providers to promote positive clinical outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • LPN or RN with preferred work experience in geriatric nursing
  • A year or more of supervisory experience and one year working in Assisted Living/Personal Care preferred
