EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Bachelors degree or specialized training required . Additional education will be recognized. Five 5 years related experience preferred . Must possess demonstrated knowledge and a proven ability to effectively engage with young adults. Candidates must exhibit strong expertise and a successful track record in teaching and coaching techniques essential to a competitive athletic program. A collaborative and proactive personality is essential along with a demonstrated willingness to engage with administration faculty staff students and all constituents of Howard College.
