Primary Job Function:
The Reynoldsburg City Schools' Assistant Marching Band Director is responsible for assisting in the leadership, musical instruction, and operational management of the marching band program. This role facilitates student growth through rehearsals and performances outside of the standard school day, ensuring a high-quality extracurricular experience that fosters musicality, discipline, and community engagement.

Knowledge of: Marching band pedagogy and drill execution; OMEA rules and regulations; Ohio school safety protocols and student fee management policies.
Skilled in: Musical conducting and instruction; group dynamics and student motivation; organizational logistics and facility scheduling.
Ability to: Commit to an extensive seasonal schedule including nights, weekends, and overnight camps; communicate effectively with parents and boosters; maintain high musical standards under performance pressure.
