We are looking for a working manager. By this we mean, this assistant manager will work a position at the restaurant while overseeing the needed tasks. We ask you to be a key support person for the General Manager with previous management experience of 1 year minimum along with a thorough understanding of back of house kitchen experience.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

-All mangers must understand & adhere/comply to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

-Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.

-Ensure that all products are consistently prepared and served according to CSC standards.

-Achieve identified objectives for sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.

-Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.

-Operationally fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

-Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.

-Prepare all required paperwork, forms, reports in an organized and timely manner.

-Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.

-Ensure that all products (inventory) received are in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.

-Schedule labor for anticipated business activity to provide optimal Guest service, product quality and operating standards while maintaining desired cost control goals for labor.

-Run shifts where team members are team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities consistently: Reliability, cheerful and positive attitude, values teamwork, and loves serving and helping others.  

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for hours at a time and lift heavy objects when necessary. Prior management experience and kitchen experience is required.
