The Assistant Manager supports gym operations to provide an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience and ensure club profitability.

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff including Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
  • Help maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high customer service standards.
  • Support staff management, scheduling, and supervising team members.
  • Oversee front desk activities such as member check-in, sign-ups, tours, and member inquiries.
  • Assist in facility cleanliness, maintenance, supplies ordering, and tracking performance reports.
  • Provide backup support for employee absences and resolve issues as needed.

  • Qualifications include strong customer service, supervisory skills, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification. Must be 18+, able to stand/walk continuously, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with chemicals.
