The Assistant Manager supports gym operations to provide an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience and ensure club profitability.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff including Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians.
- Help maintain a welcoming environment and ensure high customer service standards.
- Support staff management, scheduling, and supervising team members.
- Oversee front desk activities such as member check-in, sign-ups, tours, and member inquiries.
- Assist in facility cleanliness, maintenance, supplies ordering, and tracking performance reports.
- Provide backup support for employee absences and resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications include strong customer service, supervisory skills, basic computer proficiency, and current CPR certification. Must be 18+, able to stand/walk continuously, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with chemicals.
