We offer an exciting opportunity to join a renowned BBQ team as a Manager through our Manager in Training program.
During training, you will work closely with experienced managers and team members in both front and back of house roles, gaining skills in food prep, team development, and operational management.
Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance, managing inventory and finances, and driving sales.
Qualifications include at least 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts. Certifications like ServSafe are preferred. Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
