The Restaurant Zone is seeking a proactive and reliable Assistant Manager to support the management team of our top Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) concept. This role is vital in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. The Assistant Manager will assist the General Manager in supervising staff, managing shift schedules, training employees, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
- Manage shift scheduling and coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory management and control labor costs.

Requirements
