What you'll own:
- Supporting the Site Manager in daily operations and driving overall site performance.
- Leading shifts with the kind of positivity and accountability your team can rally around.
- Training, coaching, and developing team members to deliver genuinely excellent service.
- Reinforcing a culture where great service and membership growth go hand in hand.
- Managing opening and closing duties, deposits, and operational standards with consistency.
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and welcoming — every shift, without exception.
