New Location: Sheridan, Wyoming!

Jersey Mike"s Subs is looking for an individual with Leadership or Assistant General Manager experience to join our leadership teams. We are looking for fun, energetic, and reliable individuals who can train with us to help lead a team of professionals in serving our awesome guests and the community of Sheridan.

Tentative Grand Opening Date: Mid-August 2026!

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR TRAINING BEFORE GRAND OPENING!

First 8 to 12 weeks (maximum):

Full-Time Assistant General Manager In Training:

$21.50 Per Hour GUARANTEED (Includes Tips)

Fully Trained Assistant Manager:

$23 Per Hour GUARANTEED (Includes Tips) PLUS EBIDTA bonus!

Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to Billings, MT, to train with established management, stores, and staff before the grand opening.

• Must be Manager ServSafe Certified or complete during the training period.

• Must have open availability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old (Meat Slicer Operation)
• Valid Driver's license
• Must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within the training period.
• Reliable Transportation
• Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Physical: Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed.
• Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire day. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
• Must demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and integrity
• Must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
• 1 year (Preferred) high-volume restaurant supervisory experience, including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment.

An Assistant General Manager"s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Full understanding of the teams' accountability and integrity
• Key Holder
• Perform all tasks related to the opening and closing of the store
• Knows how to bake bread and perform all prep
• Manage and lead crew of 3 to 7 people
• Proficient in slicing
• Create employee schedule
• Place inventory orders
• Fill in for the Manager in all capacities when needed
• Assist in employee training
• Lead by example
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to improve self and skill sets
• Able to communicate effectively with guests. Awesome personality
