• Assist management in maintaining efficient restaurant operations
• Ensure Freddy’s high standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness
• Control labor and food costs effectively

Skills & Experience Required

• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with proven guest service excellence
• Strong team building, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong time and priority management
• Proficient with POS systems and typical computer software
• Experience with inventory, scheduling, labor management understanding preferred

Physical Requirements

• Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds during work hours
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
