Assistant Manager — Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room
    ? Safety Harbor, FL | Full-Time | $44,500–$47,500/year

Gigglewaters Social Club & Screening Room is growing — and we're looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow with us. We're on the verge of something big, and this role is central to making it happen.

    About Us
Gigglewaters is Safety Harbor's go-to social club and screening room, where great company, great programming, and great vibes come together. We're a close-knit team building something special in the local entertainment and hospitality scene, and we're just getting started.

    About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to leadership, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while helping us prepare for our next phase of growth. You'll juggle a lot — staff, schedules, bar, guest experience, vendors, events — and thrive doing it. We need someone genuinely well-rounded: comfortable running the bar program one night and stepping into the kitchen the next if that's what the business needs. This is a role for someone who loves structure, stays two steps ahead, and can keep multiple plates spinning without dropping one.

    What You'll Do

    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring a smooth and consistent guest experience
    • Manage full bar operations — inventory, ordering, pours, compliance, and staff oversight
    • Jump into the kitchen and support food operations as needed during peak times or staffing gaps
    • Support scheduling, staffing, and team coordination
    • Help manage vendor relationships and inventory/ordering needs
    • Assist with planning and executing events and screenings
    • Step in to solve problems on the fly and keep things moving during busy shifts
    • Support leadership with administrative and organizational tasks as the business scales
    • Help train and mentor new team members as we grow

    What We're Looking For
    Required:

    • Prior experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or a social/event-driven venue
    • Full bar management experience — inventory, ordering, staff scheduling, and compliance
    • Willingness and ability to jump into kitchen operations when business needs require it
    • Strong multitasking ability — you can manage several priorities at once without losing track
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed for events and peak hours
    • Clear communicator who works well with both staff and guests

    Preferred:

    • Kitchen or back-of-house experience in a restaurant or bar setting
    • Experience in a growing or scaling small business
    • Experience in event planning or venue operations
    • POS and scheduling software experience

    Compensation
    $44,500–$47,500/year, commensurate with experience.
