Assistant Managers at Helzberg Diamonds assist in achieving sales goals by demonstrating strong sales knowledge and training abilities. They help direct daily store operations and participate in training programs to prepare for a Store Manager role.

• Generate sales exceeding personal goals and support team sales efforts
• Provide excellent customer service and handle difficult interactions in the absence of the Store Manager
• Develop team members' selling skills and assist in recruiting top talent
• Possess 1-3 years of jewelry retail and proven sales success in a commission environment
• Have strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Require a high school diploma, with a bachelor's in business, marketing, or retail management preferred
