Job Title: Assistant Manager – Quick Service Food Concept

Salary: $23 - $24/hr + Tips

A fast-paced, high-volume quick service food concept is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead a strong, guest-focused team. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily shop operations to ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality guest service
- Lead shifts by coaching and supporting team members on the floor
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and daily staffing needs
- Help maintain food quality, portioning, and brand standards
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Assist with cash handling, register accuracy, and end-of-day procedures
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectations
- Train and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
- Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Support inventory counts, product ordering, and waste control
Qualifications:
- Positive, team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or hospitality leadership preferred
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead from the floor
- Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
