Assistant Manager- Pre-Construction

Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Commercial Pre-Construction to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. 

Job duties to include, but are not limited to:

• Preconstruction coordination between estimator, purchasing, installation, and customer including detailed review of plans, specifications, submittals, and contracts.
• Lead internal project preconstruction meetings
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Assistant Manager for Commercial Sales Department

Minimum Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of commercial construction industry experience 
• Construction software and computer skill experience
• Good communication and organizational skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

This position is full-time. Hours for this position are in-office, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Compensation:

• The minimum compensation for this position is $45.00 per hour.
• The maximum compensation for this position is $50.00 per hour.
