CONTACTS AND RELATIONSHIPS Extensive interaction with Plan participants, attorneys, business managers, other representatives of the participants, and the Plans’ attorneys, actuary and Trustees. SKILLS AND ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors Degree in accounting, business, or math. Three to five years combined pension administration and supervisory experience is preferred. (Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans, Taft-Hartley Plans a plus). Knowledge of Microsoft Word, & Excel. (Intermediate to Advanced preferred). CEBS or RPA (pension professional designation) preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Possess manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines.
