We are hiring an Assistant Manager at our retail store located in Orange Park Mall.
As an Assistant Manager, you will lead the team, drive sales, and ensure a high-quality customer experience by supporting store operations, merchandising, and talent development.
You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, execute store strategies, and promote community involvement.
Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for various shifts and ability to lift up to 30 pounds are required.
