THE JOB:

Join the Bellagio team as a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager, where you'll help deliver elevated, personalized service to an exclusive VIP clientele in a luxury hospitality environment. In this role, you'll lead with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail while supporting daily lounge operations and creating seamless, memorable guest experiences.

Working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, you'll anticipate guest needs, build meaningful relationships, and create WOW moments that leave a lasting impression long after each visit!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director or Department Head
  • Respond to guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Promote a team-oriented culture focused on delivering exceptional guest service
  • Support hiring, training, development, and succession planning while upholding the company's diversity commitment
  • Ensure accurate charging, postings, payment collection, cash handling, credit transactions, and balancing procedures
  • Submit payroll and track attendance reports for VIP staff

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service experience, preferably VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge
  • Three (3) years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred
  • Previous experience working for a Forbes Travel Guide 5 Star or AAA 5 Diamond Resort preferred
