We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Consumer Care to join a growing, collaborative team supporting customer experience operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering across teams to drive results.
In this position, you'll support day-to-day operations, analyze consumer interaction trends, and help enhance service quality across programs. You'll play a key role in connecting data, people, and processes to deliver a better overall customer experience.
What You'll Do
Maintain and update operational documentation, processes, and contact points to ensure consistency across teams
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and identify process improvements
Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Conduct case quality reviews and flag opportunities to improve service delivery
Turn data into actionable insights that improve the customer and agent experience
Support partner meetings, offering insights and helping drive best practices
Manage and update knowledge base content to ensure accuracy and ease of use
Assist with ongoing projects and proactively take on new initiatives
Communicate key updates clearly across departments
Contribute to team goals and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in business, communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or consumer care role
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data (pivot tables, trends, analysis)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in account management or data analysis is a plus
Pay rate is $20 per hour.
