Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Manage inventory, cash handling, labor control, and shift administration efficiently
• Lead, train, and develop motivated team members to foster a positive and accountable culture
• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality and resolving concerns professionally
• Support business goals by monitoring sales, labor, and food costs, and contributing to marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Promote continuous improvement and adapt quickly to changing business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong customer service, communication, and team coaching abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, scheduling, and food safety practices
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• ServSafe® certification or willingness to obtain it
