Job Description
A rapidly growing fast-casual sandwich franchise group is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support daily operations at a high-volume restaurant. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with sandwich concept experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth into General Manager opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and exceptional guest service.
- Lead and develop hourly team members through coaching and hands-on leadership.
- Execute brand standards for food quality, line efficiency, and operational consistency.
- Assist with staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Drive performance during high-volume rush periods while maintaining a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in a high-volume sandwich or fast-casual concept preferred.
- Strong operational execution and ability to manage peak business periods.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Stable work history and a passion for team development.
- Experience with new store openings or multi-unit operations is a plus.
