Assistant Manager

Our Assistant Managers are strong leaders responsible for driving the successful day-to-day operations of our restaurants, including managing our dining rooms and kitchens, developing all team members, and handling administrative work. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant Management experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications (You MUST):

• Bring at least two (2) years of previous restaurant Management experience in a high-volume environment
• Have proven leadership skills
• Excel at coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence at every level
• Be positive and hospitable by nature
• Be responsive and adaptable
• Bring an understanding of financial aspects and business operations of restaurants
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities (You MUST):

• Positively lead and develop your team
• Maintain our commitment to hospitality and culinary excellence
• Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety
• Control food and labor costs
• Handle payroll and scheduling
• Clean and organize the restaurant
• Manage the physical building/facility
• Excel at coaching, training, and developing our people to deliver excellence at every level
• Consistently run great shifts, and “WOW” our guests at every turn
• Motivate and inspire your crew
• Do great work, and have fun doing it!
