Job Description
The Assistant Manager for our Music Event Venue and Bar Restaurant Concept plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall management and smooth operation of the venue. This position involves assisting with daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through a blend of live music events and high-quality food and beverage service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about the entertainment and hospitality industries.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily venue operations, including event coordination and staff management
- Support scheduling, training, and supervision of front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations specific to bar, restaurant, and live event environments
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with event planners and performers to guarantee successful live music shows and special events
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies consistent with venue needs
- Contribute to marketing efforts to promote upcoming events and restaurant specials
- Assist with cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting
