Responsibilities
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies.

- Assisting in budgeting and monitoring expenses.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of management or supervisory experience in a corporate setting is necessary.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial to success in this role.
- Experience in performance and operations management.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
