About the Role:Kyuramen Dallas is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our team at our Frisco, TX location! This is an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant Japanese restaurant environment where great food, exceptional service, and team culture come together. Responsibilities:- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences consistent with Japanese dining standards
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to ensure brand consistency
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting
- Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and employee training and onboarding
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Support inventory management, ordering, and vendor coordination
Requirements:- 1–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required
- Experience in Japanese cuisine, ramen concepts, or Asian dining preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
