Role Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Support and coach new hires
- Set the tone for each shift and serve as a role model for the team
- Respond to guest needs with urgency and professionalism
- Open/close the restaurant, manage shifts, and perform key-holder duties
- Handle daily cash processes and drawer reconciliation
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
