Your Role as Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will lead through service—setting the tone for each shift and developing others while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Serve as a role model by living out our purpose and values
• Coach, develop, and support team members and new hires
• Create a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability
• Respond to guest needs with urgency, care, and professionalism
• Manage opening/closing duties and key-holder responsibilities
• Oversee cash handling, accuracy, and daily financial processes
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests
