Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching team members, maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards, and supporting sales growth, labor efficiency, food safety, and guest satisfaction. You should be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to balance people development with operational discipline.
Requirements include at least 18 years old, 1–2 years of leadership experience, and a people-first attitude.
