Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a talented team to deliver outstanding guest service
- Manage daily operations including cash handling, inventory, and quality control

- Handle scheduling, hiring, and labor management to optimize store performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
