Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.

As an Assistant Manager, youll be responsible for:
Leading daily operations and delivering an excellent guest experience Providing leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site Managing shift execution, labor, and financial goals Coaching and developing team members to reach their full potential Handling customer and team concerns with professionalism and care Supporting scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
