This role is responsible for performing General Manager duties in their absence, partnering with leadership to address store issues, analyze customer engagement, and develop strategies to reduce shrink. They oversee opening/closing procedures, lead store associates, ensure merchandise processes, and execute staffing, training, and development initiatives. Additionally, they manage inventory integrity, financial reporting, cash handling, and compliance with policies on safety and asset protection. The position involves physical tasks such as moving merchandise and store maintenance, requiring flexibility in schedule, strong communication skills, and management experience. Starting pay is $20.80/hour, with a focus on fostering a positive store culture and delivering an engaging shopping experience.
