Team Lead is an early-leadership role for high-potential individuals. The role is aimed to help these individuals gain leadership experience through a combination of people & operations Management responsibilities while also being able to expertly do the duties of a Team Member as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
Experience in Family Entertainment Centers, Food Service, Retail, and/or Hospitality is strongly preferred.
Duties
Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
Works under the direct supervision of the GM and AGM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
Work as a team with other management team members
