This Assistant Manager position comes with the potential for promotion to General Manager in the future. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus.


· Assist managing day-to-day operations, while making sure the company has everything it needs to operate.


· The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the GM in managing all employees at Fish-Field. With this responsibility, they will shape the work environment into a positive and productive place. Clearly setting forth the vision of the company.


· Creating strategies and allocating resources to achieve company goals


· Train and develop staff. Be a mentor and communicate the company’s goals to employees.


· Build on the success of the company by bringing in fresh strategies and ideas.


· Maintain business data including inventory, sales, and customers.


· Assist in setting, practicing, and managing all workplace polices.


· Work with warehouse associates to maintain inventory and order accuracy. Oversee both inbound and outbound processes.
