Responsibilities:

• Create shift schedules considering employee availability and business needs
• Handle customer complaints, conflicts, and emergencies
• Conduct cash register audits and assist with budgeting

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts and weekends
• On-site work required
