Responsibilities:
- Participate in interviews, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervise student, union, temporary, and casual employees.
- Interact with customers, implement customer service programs, and resolve complaints.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and training to unit staff, including students and student managers.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in food service or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive management experience in a similar food service setting.
- Experience in high-volume food service preferred.
- ServSafe Certification.
