JOB DESCRIPTION
- FULL TIME
The Assistant Manager - Day will support the overall operations of the organization by assisting the General Manager in daily tasks, overseeing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role will be responsible for managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that operations run smoothly during day shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Director in daily operations and oversee staff during day shifts
- Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and meet operational goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle any other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with basic financial principles
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
