Responsibilities include managing daily team activities, ideating and building prototypes, testing feasibility, and refining concepts. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project teams, while overseeing budgets and schedules.
Qualifications include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design, 5+ years in design/prototyping, 2+ years team management, and proficiency in 3D CAD and hands-on fabrication methods. Experience with electronics, measurement tools, and a keen eye for aesthetic design is a plus.
Software skills required: Office, NX, SolidWorks, Altium, Photoshop, Microsoft Project.
