Position Overview
Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will support daily operations, develop your team, and help drive strong business results in a high-energy operation. You’ll work closely with the Store/Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations while gaining the experience needed to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership 
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training team members
  • Lead by example and work alongside the team during shifts
  • Provide coaching and feedback to support team development and a positive team culture
  • Hold team members accountable for performance and behavior 
Operations & Guest Experience
  • Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
  • Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Address guest feedback and support service improvements
Business & Financial Performance
  • Support sales growth through execution of promotions and initiatives
  • Help manage labor, food costs, and cash handling
  • Track performance and assist in achieving business goals
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
  • Complete basic reporting and administrative tasks
  • Support and step in for the Store/Restaurant Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior management or leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer-facing environment (QSR preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • ServSafe Certification (preferred)
What to Expect
  • Flexible schedule (including early mornings, weekends, holidays)
  • On your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
