This full-time position oversees daily store operations as the manager-on-duty, supporting the Store Manager in managing staff, customer service, and store performance.

Essential duties include coordinating sales promotions, training staff, managing schedules, inventory replenishment, ensuring compliance, resolving customer issues, opening and closing the store, and handling payroll and expenses.

Additional responsibilities may involve operating equipment like forklifts and dispensing propane, as well as store cleaning and assisting other departments.

Qualifications include 3+ years retail experience, proficiency with Eagle Browser and POS systems, strong communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and familiarity with retail practices, industry reports, and Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver’s license.

May be required to obtain forklift and propane certifications.
