At European Wax Center (EWC), we help guests feel confident in their own skin—and that starts with strong leadership. We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
Drive sales across services, wax passes, and retail
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Manage daily operations (scheduling, payroll, inventory, compliance)
Track KPIs and use data to drive results
Deliver an exceptional guest experience
Resolve guest issues
Foster a strong, motivated team culture
Ensure brand, safety, and sanitation standards are met
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of management experience (retail, spa, fitness, or hospitality preferred)
Sales-driven and KPI-focused with a track record of achieving goals
Strong coaching and team development skills
Experience managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory
Strong communicator who leads with positivity and resolves conflict effectively
Thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
$40-$45,000 base salary
